Jan, the youngest of four children, 2 boys, and 2 girls, was born at Grady Hospital in Atlanta, Ga. in 1940. Graduated from Franklin Delanor Roosevelt High School, Fulton County, Ga.
As the mother of two, 1 girl & 1 boy and Grandmother of four, 2 girls; Sarah & Kathryn and 2 boys; Jeremy & Divian, Jan along with her husband and partner Arthur now resides in Ocala, Fl. . Jan has lived a colorfully diverse life, raising her 2 children, along with 3 step-children. She has a deep heart felt love of nature and now enjoys the companionship of her dogs, cats, and horses.
All through her life, Jan has always been a naturally talented artist having drawn countless pictures, portraits, and doodles for her own enjoyment, as well as that of her friends and family. Over the years she has sold several pieces to collectors, as well as several commisioned pieces. Her latest piece is also her first publically published pieced,
"Time Heals All Wounds".
